Provide A Nurse
Monthly Bonus Program Policy Started September 1, 2002
R. N. Bonus Program
1. RN’s may qualify for a $ 300.00 monthly incentive program if they meet the
following conditions:
a. RN’s must work 36 hours per week every week of the month to qualify.
Weekly overtime does not count to or over the 36-hour weekly
requirement.
b. The incentive program starts on the first day of the month and ends the
last day of the month. There is no “carry over” from one month to the
next.
c. The bonus incentive will be paid on the first full pay week of the next
month.
d. Hospital cancellations are beyond the control of Provide A Nurse and
will result in the nurse not receiving the monthly bonus incentive. The
nurse does have the option of making up the shift if time is available.
e. The monthly bonus program is not pro-rated on a week to week basis and
encompasses the entire month.
d. Any nurse canceling a scheduled shift during any given month for any
reason does not qualify for the month bonus program during that month.
e. This incentive program can be discontinued at any time. Provide A Nurse
agrees to give nurses 30 days notice.
